That sounds pretty fishy...
You already have a lot so why would you need even MORE space?
If I were you I wouldn't accept the offer unless it was from someone I trusted very very much.

the fact that its coming from ebay only makes it more seem like it a fake
less then half the price of a retail

its the exact same price as a 16GB though...

I am starting to think that they are fake because who would sell new ones for less than half price when a good used won on eBay will get over $100 and a new one $150

An old saying If it looks too good to be true it's generally is too good to be true

It's probably a fake, but my OCD would force me to accept - that way you have 1,2,4,8,16 and 32 GB memory sticks

I think they are a fake because I asked him to email me photos of the front and back of the packaging that the 32GB comes in, no email as yet, you can tell very quickly if it is a fake or not from the packaging

There are fake memory sticks that are actually less capacity, but are programed to make it look like a higher capacity.

It might only hold 2GB... I wouldn't take it. He is too desparate to get rid of it, so there must be something wrong with it.

Well, I'd rather it be too good to be true than for it to be too bad to be true.

Anyway, I wouldn't trust electronics coming from ebay. Not that I've ever gotten a faulty or a fake item from someone on ebay, but I do know some people who got fakes/bootlegs because they didn't do a bit of research. Just look elsewhere if you really want a 32GB. As people have already said, it smells a bit fishy.

There fakes as I have tried to confirm that they were original with no success, he has sold 10 and listed another 10 which are nearly all gone, there is going to be a lot of angry and disappointed people out there about 20 of them

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
