Huh? Where did Palet Mail go?

Palet Mail was a website where you could buy stuff from japan at honest prices. I suddenly remembered their existence, visited the website paletweb.com (DEAD LINK) and it's not there anymore. Looking them up isn't helpful, as if it never existed.

Did anyone else use this shop? Did they change name? Or shut down for good? Any good alternatives that aren't Play Asia?
