I have been attempting to convert all of the .dsc files from the GBA Max Drive software to xpc/codes for other uses but I have no idea where to start. Online, I've seen a few VERY old, 15+ year old forum posts about Ciro's AR Max Duo Code Manager but cannot for the life of me actually find the software anywhere. Any ideas where to get started? The reason for this is because the AR Max Duo has the most complete GBA cheat list imho. It has the 1.0 and the 1.1 version cheats for Fire Red/Leaf Green AND it has Pokemon Emerald cheats, something that is typically pretty annoying to find.

Any leads on where to get started extracting these codes would be nice. I would like to have them in .xpc/.cht format so that they could be used in emulators and older action replay/gameshark devices.

Still searching? I'm not sure, if this is what you are looking for, but I found Ciro's AR Max Duo Code Manager on an old usb drive.

Yes, sorry, I've been on a little bit of a hiatus from the retro gaming stuff for a while. I needed it to perform extraction of the codelist for the Max Duo AR so that it can be loaded into cheat lists for the AR v3.3 so people can put FR/LG 1.0 AND 1.1 codes onto their old Action Replay.

If you still have it, posting a link or uploading it somewhere would be sweet.

Apparently I cannot post a link here, so if you're still interested, feel free to pm me :)

Anyone know how to fix this installation error?
Tring to install on a XP SP2 32bit (virtual) machine, where the normal offical software is running perfectly fine on.
I cannot find anything about that prjSampleButtons.ocx error anywhere.

That's because that is missing some files for ActiveX controls. Looks like the program came in a Setup installer that also registers three OCX files needed for the program (COMDLG32.OCX, MSCOMCTL.OCX, and prjSampleButtons.ocx). Found that 4Shared (bleh!) had a 17 year-old link from someone to the Setup installer for 1.2.0-alpha. I think this other one here will work. Couldn't find any earlier versions anywhere.
Reading through, Ciro's AR Max Duo Code Manager is a 32-bit app compiled in Visual Basic 6.0, though it probably should still run even in Windows 10 (if Windows has msvbvm60.dll), albeit it's not hidpi aware so it may be improperly sized.

By the way, does anyone manage to have the last updated .dsc cheat list files for the AR Max Duo? At least installing the Datel software gives you something, but any updates are down now.
