Hacking Action Replay codes for localized games.

Hi. I'm collecting shiny encounter codes for all the spanish Gen3 Pokémon games, but I was only able to get a fully working one for Emerald.

I've tried all sorts of codes online, but I only got USA codes which don't work on any of the two Ruby/Sapphire/LG/FR spanish versions (1.0 and 1.1).


I want to know if anyone has any codes for these two games, as they are the only ones in the ENTIRE Pokémon series I don't have codes for.

In case no codes are available online, how can I start creating my own AR codes? I've been trying to learn how to use the NO$GBA debugger and assembly, but I can't find any resources online.. (breakpoints, address manipulation, etc)
