Hi there! Just got my first Switch through a crazy good deal with my ISP and am looking forward to learning how to hack the hell out of it!

A question- I registered yesterday and that account (same as this, just without the underscore) was almost immediately banned for spam despite not having posted or done anything. Any ideas why that happened, and what I need to avoid doing to keep that from happening again?
