Okay... So if I were to do this, and system transfer the emunand from the o3ds to the o3dsxl, that would over-right the sysand with the emunand? This is a little confusing at the moment to me. Does it move the emunand to the o3dsxl along with the sysnand as well? Would that mean that the o3dsxl would be on 9.2 sysnand and then 9.7 emunand as well? And if I were to use rxtools emunand, that would mean I could only install 100% legit cia files correct? Also, I am deeply sorry that this is a little off topic for this thread. I appreciate every bit of help that is given.

I think you misunderstood what is a System Transfer.
Your O3DS XL will remain on 9.7 sysNAND (there is no way to downgrade it).
BUT your eShop account (or your NNID, if you have one) and your legal applications (by legal I mean those tied to your eShop account/NNID) with their saves will be transfered.

Alright, so it turns out my 9.2 sysnand backup is linked, but it doesn't have an NNID while my emunand does. How do I go about getting my NNID onto the linked sysnand? Does the ticket.db contain it?

Go to NNID settings, link your NNID. As simple as that.

can you show me how to do that. I have O3DS 9.2 and N3DS 9.0. It's fine with N3DS but old 3DS it keep asking me update to new FW when I access to eshop.

I just used the code.bin browser hack in the first post of this thread. It has to be on sysnand, not emunand.

nope, the web browser was still exploitable upto 9.5.0-22, its the other more important exploits patched in 9.3+

I see, well that makes sense thanks, i had already downgraded the web browser to enable pokemon QR injection once again for emunand but i guess all the other exploits would be impossible without first downgrading the 3ds.

I've read somewhere that nintendo flagged everyone who accessed the eshop using spoofed fw version, does any1 confirm this information? or is it just speculation?
