I looked through GBAtemp's WiiU VC NDS injection compatibility list, and I noticed that each game has a, "Injected into" column. Have I done something wrong perhaps? This whole time I've been using the, "Nds2WiiU" tool to create the files to make them work on Loadiine. Either way, will this particularly change anything in GFX and in-gameplay performance(s)? 'Cause on the compatibility list, it states that for Pokemon SoulSilver, "Using a host other than Yoshi's Island DS will result in sprite issues when exiting buildings. Very minor GFX glitches in ground." ; which is true because I've been experiencing sprite issues very often when I used Nds2WiiU.

Would like to know how to inject games to experience better gameplay.

Just open the rom.zip found in the downloaded version of Yoshi island DS. It can be found in the content folder somewhere. Open it there should be the room inside. Just replace that rom with the one you want to inject and your done. (It will still have old icon and stuff but the rom will have been injected)
