Just got banned sometime in the last 12 hours. Ran a lot of homebrew, used a little bit of layeredfs (mainly?) Offline. Booted sx os no license. No cheating.

Anyone know if I can transfer the account to a clean switch?

Can't transfer old account don't even attempt to link it or they one will be banned but layerdfs seems to be the issue all I see is layerdfs no sx OS bans

I always remove my wifi connection before I even reboot into SX. So far I'm they haven't hit me with the hammer...yet

I don't have and delete the games of the home screen before I even enter stock that go online

Havent launched any title in SX mode with internet enabled, and have only updated games in normal mode, so far can still access the eshop. I've have redownloaded all my eshop titles then archived them(instead of deleting them so I can still redownload them when I get banned)

If you account hasn't been banned, only the console itself, you should be able to unlink it on the current switch and link it to another.

How do I know if the account is banned too? My console is definitely banned, as my throwaway Japanese account can't access eShop. Error is 2124-4007

I don't know how to confirm, but so far the bans have been only console based, unless you did cheating stuff. This error says that "console" online use has been restricted, not the "account". I'm not 100% sure about this tho.

You would need to call Nintendo and ask them to unlink your account from your Switch.

If you can enter here: https://ec.nintendo.com/my/ your account shouldn't be banned.

unfortunately you can't, Nintendo banned you from unlinking too

It's because you've no access eShop to unlink it, so the only way you do it in a banned console is by contacting nintendo's support I guess

Yes, I've even heard that someone who was banned contacted the Nintendo support and they unlinked his account. So that should actually work. But who knows if they change their mind when suddenly thousands of people contact them because they were banned.

Don't worry, the Switch uses a Nintendo Account and the 2/3DS uses the NNID. Also, Nintendo doesn't ban your account but yout console

No, I used RCM to run CFW to do save backup and edit my saves while offline, so cleared the log after done with CFW, so no ban as now.

Got banned:
I can't:
Play online, even on games that don't use Nintendo servers like Fortnite or Minecraft
Access eShop on Switch(Read I can for more details)
Unlink Nintendo Account via official ways
Add friends to my friend list

I can:
Update games
Access eShop on Nintendo.com and download games and DLC from there(Update download stats on settings)

Untested:
Post screenshots on social media
Add gold to My Nintendo
Check if my linked New 2DS is also banned
