32 gigs of ram is overkill, 32 GB hard drive is almost nothing now a days, Intel Atoms integrated graphics probably won't play minecraft.

What is this a Chromebook or netbook?

Ram is insane
hard drive is too small
integrated graphics can probably handle league at like 35 FPS with things on medium and no shadows and can probably play choppy minecraft with low draw distance.

You are shooting yourself in the foot just try to save like 350 and build something with an I5 that has integrated graphics and like 8GB of ram with that you can at least play some stuff.

still im not buying it for the games as much as im replacing my shitty windows vista machine

I wouldn't say he's shooting himself in the foot but I don't think that's the type of gaming he wants.

With some heavy modding you could probably get something like Skyrim or Fallout New Vegas to run at 480p/30FPS. Source-based games like TF2 or older 3D games like Oblivion might work without modding at low resolutions.

Those Atoms are actually not terrible, but Windows is a bit sluggish on them. Light gaming should work well enough, just don't expect to play AAA games on it even on low settings. Indie games or older games should work decently.

it probably would not start saying you don't meet the minimum requirements and even if it did run it wold be like 15FPS with textures all the way down

I doubt that because it's not an air cooled Intel Atom. Its probably an underclocked passively cooled Intel Atom designed to run mobile Windows 10 and Android.

Not worth it man. The only thing you're getting out of that is shit specs and maybe a good battery life. I highly recommend saving up and building your own PC, it doesn't even have to be that good (quad core i5 should be plenty, with a GTX870 or newer)

  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
