Hacking How do I install H-Encore on my 3.65 Vita, it keeps on telling me to update to the latest firmware version which is 3.68

I have a psvita 3.65 firmware which is compatible for h-encore, and i could have the enso for permanent hack, but the problem is it's keep on telling me to update to the latest firmware which is 3.68 each time I access the content manager for h-encore transfer..what should I do?

Can I also use content manager without logging in PSN ID, or bypassing it...
