idk how to explain, but if you have ever seen like the glitched pss icon with the no face character but with hair and eyes on the 3ds pokemon games

I've seen such before, it is like a fully detailed face, yet the face itself is invisible, with eyes, nose etc. seemingly floating. Maybe you would use some kind of save editor? I do not know
