Hacking How can i upgrade my ps3 from 3.15 to 3.41

Can someone kindly explain for me?
I have had a brief read on google but found nothing in concrete.

A game with the 3.41 update or you would have to find the update elsewhere then do it through usb
actually google search ps3 hacks find the site go to downloads firmwares and there is system updates they have 3.41
but I never tried from that site so...
but I think its the same people who done the psp hacks site

find the 3.41 update file for your region, unzip it and what not put it on a flash drive inside the update folder. X:/PS3/UPDATE

You can find a torrent of the firmware with a readme explaining what to do by googling "# 3.41 firmware torrent".
