Someone can patch that file to the switch version

i heard that people are trying to put the voice files into the ps2 version from the ps4 version that's all i heard so far no word on a translation on switch yet

No chance for a translation port, different engine, now it uses unity. A new translation would be needed, so you'll have to wait until western release.
