Yes. We can install them to the SD (which is what the CFW will use) using a PC, so the app will be on the PC. It is unknown if the app will support Linux and/or Mac.

Can we convert dsiware CIA files to TIA files easily? For example gameyob's CIA version.

It's called TWLIt (which is not my name, btw).
It'll have features of twltool, with the addition of a GUI, and TIA making and installing.

No, but you can get the .nds file out of a CIA, by trimming off the first 0x38FF bytes off the CIA, and use the .nds to make a TIA.

No. That's still limited by nds-bootstrap, and will work the same as on the 3DS.

What's the application written in? If it's C# odds are it will work out of the box with Mono, otherwise there's a rather large chance it'll work on WINE.

Alright, I just downloaded TWLIt Build 2 from Github. So far, so good, it has the same features as TWLTool, it's just that TIA building is not implemented yet.

DEPEND a lot on the app.... Sometime you need ton of installation to get a single exe file to work.... But idk how to run .au3 app and they're compatibility (well wine probably)

Right, but if the application is simple enough it would work out of the box, which I imagine an AutoIt application would do.
