Would anyone be willing to hex edit a Zelda Twilight Princess USA save to fix the cannon room glitch? I tried a few cheats to get out of that room (instant kill, walk through walls, instant wolf change, warp without changing to a wolf), but none of them help.

It would suck to start the game over. Would anyone give it a try?

Here's a link to the save. Note that the glitch only happens on version 1 of the USA Zelda disc.

Could you not just (download)/buy and rip [IMG] the version 1.1 (or whatever the version is that doesnt do that) iso?

Did that, and it worked. I actually have a retail copy of the disc (bought it at launch), so I may call Nintendo and get a replacement anyway. [IMG]

    Thanks!

At first, I thought this was going to be for the GameCube game, which has the glitch and has never been updated. For future reference, how did you move the save point from the cannon to Lake Hylia?

He didn't, he just made sure not to cause the glitch in the first place. The glitch only occurs when you save in that room before talking to Shad (and only on version 1.0).
