I don't really know the creator of editor included that as its part of each item they probably did it just in case it was important. You don't need to worry about that stuff it doesn't effect adding equipment. What those values are to do with is item order, what type of item it is and if it's equipped

If anyone has the save data for the quest "Dying Breath of an Empire Fallen" after the game is cleared, it would be great if they could upload it, with that save data I can quickly look up all the bosses' data.

Save should have you right on top of the quest. Personally asking for Bradley data if possible!

There is no data for Great Knight for Gaston, if you want to use Gaston as a Great Knight, I think the best way would be to equip him with a helmet.
For example, but using Laurent's graphics and Gaston's voice.

Edit:Sorry, I tried, but it seems Gaston's voice doesn't play well on Great Knight, it's difficult.
