I think your only option at this point, other than upgrading to 10.4 through the recovery mode, is to borrow another 3ds somehow. Install menuhax with the 9.2 payload, and then transfer the theme extdata to your 3ds. I think that might allow you to boot to hbl on your 3ds to run safesysupdater.

Without access to another 3ds does anyone have any other ideas?
