Gah I had some spaghetti for dinner about an hour and a half ago and I'm in agony.
I didn't even eat much but I think they've expanded in my stomach or something, I feel as if I'm about to pop.
Any remedies?

Its probably trapped air. I get really bad air bubles, so I know how you feel. Sometimes drinking warm water and belching gently helps to releive the tension.

You can also sit in a tub of warm water and rub your belly. 5-10 minutes in various spots might help stimulate the gas/air to pass.

I know these methods work on me, and on my infant/toddling siblings

For future info...because I'm sure the reason behind this topic has...passed (ewww)...
Baking soda (sodium Bicarbonate) + Aspirin + citric acid =
What Alkaseltzer consists of soo next time you can't find Alka-Seltzers just make your own. Add baking soda to water (A base to neutrilze the acid in your stomach). and take an aspirin to kill the pain. Don't need citric acid, its just there to speed up the dissolving of the puck of Bi-carbonate in water.

I don't really ever need the stuff because I learned to make myself burp at a very young age. And it has gotten me in trouble ever since.

How long do I have?

I dont know, it depends on the amount ingested.
Better get started! You only have one afternoon at most.
It would help in achieving your goals if you had a giant secret laboratory named after yourself but thats just crazy talk.

@Xdqwerty No you heard wrong, and don't believe till you experience yourself. Fallout 4 is one of my favorite games of all time. Yes it had issues early on, esp with older hardware like the xbox1, but it is awesome, esp now being 4k on Series S/X or PS5

@BigOnYa, Then i think people were talking about fallout 76
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    that one was buggy too
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea you right there, fallout 76 was a letdown, but it not that bad now, they have fixed slot of issues they had at launch. Biggest issue with Fallout 76 is its a pay to advance further type of game, which sucks
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, I may probably download fallout 3 or new vegas on my ps3
