Gen V V's The Boys

I must admit, I love watching "The Boys", it's funny as hell (especially that episode where they ended up inside a whales guts) and appeals to my sense of humour. Now there's a new spin off called Gen V, which has the woke stuff in it but it's combined with the humour of the boys. I still prefer "The boys" but I did laugh at the Gen V - which one do you prefer?

The Boys.

I'm watching Season 4 and it's honestly inferior to the previous ones, especially Season 3 where we had the badass Jensen Ackles.

And to make matters worse, Karl Urban's Butcher character only has 6 months left to live so he either dies during this season or the next. Take away Jensen Ackles and Karl Urban? Damn, that's one sure guaranteed way to ruin a great show (I don't even like Homelander anymore, just feels kinda dull now).

Season 4, Episode 4

What went wrong with the writing? It just felt so lazy, uninspired, and uneventful. Sad to say The Boys is no longer the show I once enjoyed to watch.

Season 4 is probably my last even if there's a 5th one.
