Well, considering he doesn't know Japanese... And I didn't even have the motivation to click that page. But I've seen others around here who can translate, apparently.
i havent read those guides but i'm sure there are guides around. all he would need to do for a simple quick and dirty translation is run it through an online translation (if the japanese is mainly text files). it would kind of be like that ff3 patch a while back, where they shortened english words to make them fit the space required as well.
