1) SDK devmenu is encrypted with the dev keys and as such cannot be installed. Govanify's is decrypted and can be installed.yeah, i know that (i said it in my post)
my question is, whats the diference between DevMenu form Govanify and from SDK 2.3.4 ?
and what is "devMenu_2x.cia" that i've seen a lot in here?
and what can i actually install from DevMenu that i cannot run from gateway (beside the DLC for Mario) ?

Does anyone know how you actually access the DLC on SMB2 cause I have installed it but dont know how to access the content?

So we can install our favorire games on the dashboard for fast launch? i can convert my actual roms? it read the same saves?
I installed the Devmenu from Govanify (which is decrypted) using bbb's devmenu.cciWhat do you mean? are you saying you can install any file to your home screen through DevMenu?
Edit: Mine errors, which file did you use to install it?
Only because it's convenient. It'd be completely possible to install the CFW without Gateway software if you make the dump by hardmod, or if someone wrote a NAND dump homebrew.Well, this CFW use Gateway work to dump Nand and create emunand...
Research isn't for nothing, an open solution not tied to DRM hardware would still be great.Well there goes my research for sure lol.. no point in RE-ing GW now
