Well i can't wait to see this. Since it could be used in the future to run other regions game when the 3DS gets fully hacked to remove the region lock. Also when its gonna be hacked, that flashcard could be used to run homebrews on the 3DS. By that i mean running emulators on it which would be awesome, and let's not forget a dedicated 3D video player.

But when the 3DS is 'fully hacked' there'll be no need for a flashcart as someone will write a software loader for the SD card slot

What? My question is straight out clear.

The flashcard is real, right?

You can't buy it before they release it. rofl

But I guess you wanted to know if it's released yet: It's not.
You would know that if you had read at least the first post in this thread...

I see. I missed that part when I visited the site.

Would love to play Inazuma on this.

Do you guys think the price will be as much as the DSTwo?

I think the price will be a lot more than the DSTWO even if its just a 1:1 copy.

Honestly people worrying about price baffle me, if it costs as much as X games you simply play X number of games before you update if it gets blocked and it has justified itself.

Looks like European roms because its says Luigi's Mansion 2. So unless it says other wise it will be region lock. Although it is a good step in the right direction for a 3ds flashcard lets hope the flash card scene now explodes.

When you see the number of people cheaping out on regular flashcarts (eg buying from dodgy sites, getting an r4 clone from an unrealiable manufacturer instead of the ones we recommend in order to save $2), you won't even be half as surprised XD

Here we go.

The Nintendo R&D Team will be the first ones buying it...

...Like, it would be great, but let's face it: It can't be done with flashcards, they'll block it day one. I don't know about you guys, but I want to play Pokémon later this year, and new games demand updates, so yeah, like hell I'd keep my 3DS with an older firmware.

From what I gathered, the cart acts as a 1-to-1 copy and as such, using the SD card (or rather the slot) is a no-go, for now at least.

But really, does it matter that much to you? I mean, if this is real, it is quite an achievement I'll admit. If anything, I guess paying would not be "wrong" since they did put in effort to bring this to light. But I digress. Let's not turn this into a "Is piracy good/bad"-type of thread LOL

I was just asking a question, not making drama about the issue. Since I wasn't stating how I felt about the matter one way or the other, what's it matter to you? Since you wanted to know, I will not be paying to support piracy. I will not be getting into a debate or lecture about it. It is, what it is.
