Hacking Gamecube DVD backups in Neogamma not working

I have gotten gamecube backups to work in the past. Something I did must have messed up because even after I virginized and resoftmodded my wii, it is still giving me errors when I try to play my gamecube backups. I installed mIOS v4 with wiigator on ios249 and it was successful. I got it to load a luigis mansion backup once, but now it keeps giving

Failed to read dvd 650
Error 0x31100
Halting

I tried reinstalling mIOS v4 and it install successful but doesn't help. Anybody have any ideas?

have u also go cios249 on your wii?

Yeah on neogamma it says cIOS57 rev19 slot 249. (i updated it since when the video was recorded, but it didn't help. USB wii backups load fine through config USB and wiiflow.

When it starts, it uses GC Backup Launcher .2
luigis mansion by pressing start(reloader)
other games with B (forcing custom mios)
