Hacking GameCube Backup Launcher not working. Help?

This is my first post here and I'm not really sure if I'm supposed to post it here, but I use the WiiGator GameCube Backup Launcher on Wii 4.3 and whenever I insert the DVD-R with TLoZ: Twilight Princess it says it is unable to read it or something. I do have all the IOS's installed, I used Pimp My Wii, and I used the GameCube MultiGamw ISO creator but I didn't shrink Twilighr Princess before adding it to the DVD-R. I wasn't completely sure how to set this up as I couldn't find ANY posts anywhere about how to get it to work. Can someone please tell me how to get this working? I really wanna play Twilight Princess but I lost the original disc and can't find any other copies of the game anywhere, and the Dolphin emulator is not compatible on my laptop (which runs Windows XP SP2). I really wanna play this game, so can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to install the backup launcher or tell me what I did wrong?
