to make it it easier i dumped my cart of OmegaRuby Patched the dump for RutleRuby rebuilt it converted it to CIA and installed so i wouldnt haveto keep Swapping Saves, BUT inorder to go back online w/ my cart i nee dto redownload 1.4 Will 1.4 affect the CIA Installed vers of RutleRuby Romhack (because home menu shows a " A update is available for this title" for both the cart & RutleRuby.
