It's not possible. The Hall of Origin event never happened, shiny Arceus was first legally obtainable through the 2015 event.
Because I reseted mine in diamond through the void glitch and it could'nt pass pokebank i was just wondering if you could inject in the game ? If it's not possible sorry for bothering you ! Thanks anyways

Be there in a minute. Quick question by the way, newest version of PKHeX appears to not support USUM/SM, so the Tapu Leles gave me a bunch of trouble. Is there a way to fix this other than to get an older version?
It does support those games, you may be referring to the program defaulting now to a blank LGPE save. You can change it to where it defaults to USUM/SM in Options>Settings.
