It's not possible. The Hall of Origin event never happened, shiny Arceus was first legally obtainable through the 2015 event.

Because I reseted mine in diamond through the void glitch and it could'nt pass pokebank i was just wondering if you could inject in the game ? If it's not possible sorry for bothering you ! Thanks anyways :)

Fine, get back online. It's apparently trade-able via wi-fi even though it shouldn't.

It does support those games, you may be referring to the program defaulting now to a blank LGPE save. You can change it to where it defaults to USUM/SM in Options>Settings.

SpA not Sp.Atk. Get online. Once again, non-shiny is default so don't have "Shiny: No" please.
