Gaming flickering shadows in last blade and Samurai shodown?

Hello.I live in europe and have a pal wii.Nonetheless i managed to play ntsc vc games in my pal tv/wii using wwpacker.I noticed in some neo geo games like SS,last blade and KOF that the shadows flicker!Can anyone help me?

That's just the way the games were written. There was no transparency so to simulate it the shadow is turned on and off every other frame.
