One of the shortfalls of Touchpod (the default M3 Real firmware) is that files are not sorted by name when viewed from the firmware menu system, instead they're in seemingly random order.
Of course the newer Sakura firmware doesn't have this issue, but if you do happen to still run Touchpod (as I do), then I thought I'd share a quick fix that worked for me:

Found this program which will let you sort the fat32 filesystem entries of your SD card, which is what Touchpod uses as display ordering.
Very convenient to find all my apps at the top of the list without having to scroll down past all the data folders.
