Hello!

I have a phat PSP1001 with 6.60 PRO-B10 CFW. I used this guide http://gbatemp.net/t...on-pro-b10-cfw/ to install POPSloader v3.

I can play FFVII and Vagrant Story just fine on the default flash pops.

When I try to play the Japanese version of Final Fantasy IX, the screen just stays black. The memory activity light flashes for a second then stops. The psp just sits there forever until I turn it off.

If I try another pops (4.01, 3.51, 3.90, 3.71) the memory light flashes then goes solid, and the PSP turns itself off after a couple seconds. :ninja:

What is going on here? I have tried using the SLUS gameID instead of the SLPS. I have tried using different iso rips. I have tried using multidisc eboot and single disc eboot...

Can anyone please help me out here? I really want my wife to play FFIX but she is Japanese so she needs the Japanese version.

***also*** Breath of Fire IV is doing the same thing. Tried multiple ISO's but nothing works. Please help!!!

Thanks!

PS: If I could get some clarification as to why the screen freezes with the default pops, and why the PSP turns off with any other pops, that would be great! :moogle:

UPDATE: Finally found a great guide here:
http://forums.dashha...xx-pro-cfw.html

I want to shake iamafreak's hand SO MUCH! They are the best! Seriously, full 9,001 internet points to him or her. FFIX (J) now boots just fine (minus the sound issue noted in the compatibility list)!!! That was with a disc 1 eboot. I will now try it with a multidisc eboot.

Also used the compatibility matrix here, since all the other links to other ones don't work:

in that case, there is no such thing as homebrew launcher for aroma

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
