So due to this I may just buy Devil's Third to support the creator in hope it'll get Fatal Frame localised in Europe/UK (despite that I still think the visuals and voice acting is a pile of shit).​

This should really be standard in every game that's translated from Japanese to English. It's not like they make the Western release from scratch or don't have the technology or capacity to do that. I can see licensing issues probably coming in the way, but voice acting performances are rarely signed for specific regions nowadays.
