I finally got my hands on a twin famicom sharp (wanted one since i saw a video on it), and after playing some SMB3, I noticed the colors were off. After fiddling about, i decided to connect it directly to my TV just in case.
Bottom image is directly into my TV, Top is via recording hardware (I have two different ones, Dazzle DVR 100 and a Elgato HD60 with an AV2HDMI), and there's a noticable difference there. This is via composite also incase thats important. Is there some settings I could mess with, or is that just how it is when using external hardware to record? I prefer to have my recordings to be as close to the original as possible but still being the best quality I can squeeze out.
