factory reset xbox 360 E RGH/JTAG?

I bought a used xbox 360 E. I have checked if it has RGH/JTAG by booting with eject button and I got a blue screen with XEL.
So it is confirmed that it has RGH right?

Now can I factory reset the console so that I can start from scratch with my own profile and stuff? if yes, how?

one more thing... is it safe factory resetting an RGH console? I am a newbie.. is there a risk of bricking if RGH was not installed or configured properly?

You should be good.

You can go ahead and format the harddrive.
Your RGH will still function fine after it all, it's essentially the same as upgrading harddrives and starting from scratch.
