XBOX 360 DVD drive swap?

Hi everyone,

Quick question, I've got a Trinity RGH 360 but i've just been given a Trinity with a flashed DVD drive.

My question is, can I just do a straight swap of the drives so I've got an RGH and LT all in one? Or is the drive signed to it's console?

Any help much appreciated, thank you

You need to flash the replacement DVD drive with your console's keys from the old one. Otherwise, you won't be able to boot Xbox 360 game discs.
