Feedback Hardware Misc Do all models of 3DS use the same circle pad?

I know this is probably a dumb question but on ebay there's several listings for replacement circle pads that claim to fit every system, but the iFixIt guide for the N3DSXL links to a part specific to that model, I just want to replace the broken nub of a circle pad on mine but I don't know where to actually. Find a good one.

Is this a good one? Will this fit?? It's been so long since the last time I was on gbatemp that I have no idea if I'm an idiot for asking this or not.

Also, semirelated, does anyone know where to get custom shells? I'd kinda like to get orange buttons but I don't really know where I can find any that would both look and feel as good as the OEM nintendo ones..

IIRC they're the same apart from the very first model, which has a fractionally larger rubber cap. My OG circle pad's rubber detached and I got some textured grips to try to hold it in place, but they were too small and I had to replace the rubber with a glue dot, whereas the cover clips over the rubber on the N3DSXL.
