Rebel Wolves' debut title, The Blood of Dawnwalker, a dark fantasy open-world action RPG set in 14th century Europe, is launching in a few weeks. Today, the developers announced that it will also launch on another platform: GOG. This means that the game will be DRM-free at launch.

Players will step into the role of Coen, a young man transformed into a Dawnwalker – human by day, vampire by night. He embarks on a desperate journey where survival, family, and the choices made along the way will shape his fate.

The Blood of Dawnwalker launches September 3rd on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series S|X.

The pre-orders are now officially available on GOG.

truly strange, as none of the Bandai Namco published games are on GOG regardless of age as if they have a personal vendetta against it or something

I'll bite (pun intended):

...so when does he sleep?

Anyhoo, I love GOG, and I'll certainly take a look at this when it is released, to support them. Even though I fucking HATE vampires, zombies, elves, wizards, all that crap...

they're probably EXTREMELY Pro-DRM knowing how much they shove Denuvo on all of their games and how they are against digital ownership of games

They did drop Denuvo for a decent period of time and recently got back to it. It's quite odd. I wonder what's with the flip flop.

probably offered something special for them. like a discount or something.
If memory serves well, there may have been change in leadership in the meantime, so that could explain their pivot back to Denuvo. Either that, or Irdeto made them an "offer they couldn't refuse". Bamco at least removes the damn thing, unlike SEGA, so there is that at least.

SEGA must have some special deal with Irdeto, because I doubt they would be paying the subscription indefinitely, at least that is my theory on their case.
