Well in fact the Factory Firmware have special titles that after the setup are supossed to be deleted in addition to what I remebered now, one interesting is CTRAging who is a Test Program for the 3DS and is be different between the 3DS model that is the console, there is a lis tof the titles, I"m not sure but I think that something that get deleted were DevMenu and other test apss(if someone can confirm this):
