I recently bought an EZFlash Omega for use with my AGS-001. When I insert it, however, the GBA just doesn't turn on. Inserting the cartridge while the GBA is already on shuts it off instantly. I've tried this with and without an SD inserted, cleaned the contacts on the GBA and the Omega, and checked the Omega for bad solder connections. Should I just try to get it replaced?

UPDATE: I'm getting it replaced, all signs point to a short circuit. Thanks for your help, guys!

It looks like there is a short circuit. If your GBA has no problem using other cards, you can contact your dealer to replace one.

Before return it. you can try to open the card case. reposition the PCB and try again.

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
