Hacking EZ Flash IV Skin Change help

I have an EZ Flash IV and I changed the skins. The firmware is EZ4 Loader 200611227, or V 1.70, I think.
When I use the original firmware, the EZ Flash will boot in both GBA and DS. However, when I used my skinned firmware, it will only be able to boot in GBA, but not DS mode.

The original file size of the firmware was 1,896 KB, however my skinned firmware is 1,866 KB?

Anyways, I need it to be able to boot in both GBA and DS mode. Any help?

Also, I am booting using the R4DS with the latest Wood R4 firmware.
