Hacking English Games on Japanese Wii U

Hello! I live in Japan and a friend of mine whose leaving the country soon kindly gifted me his Japanese Wii U.

My Japanese isn't all that great so I was looking for a way to play games in English. My plan was to follow the Wii U guide, run Mocha CFW then grab the EU or NA ROMs of the Wii U games that I current own on disc in Japanese so that I can play them in English.

However, it appears that even if I boot a EU/NA ROM the language of the game will still be in Japanese? Is this the case? In addition, if I get Mocha CFW running will that run in Japanese too?

Is it possible to play anything in English on a JP Wii U or do I need to keep waiting?

Any info is much appreciated. Thanks!

    Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
