Embedding videos

Is there a way to embed videos from www.collegehumor.com? They use some player other than Youtube.

Example.

Use the [flash] tag with the video? Not sure if it will work, try it.

The GBAtemp Automatic Overlord refuses to let one embed a flash video if the link does not end in .swf, making many flash videos unembeddable.

Try to embed this video and you'll see what I'm talking about:

I'm not even allowed to post that without the code tags.
