Homebrew DSi XL 0000FEFE Error

I hardmodded my DSi XL, get my CID, Console ID, injected Sudoku, but every time i got a green screen freeze.
So i mounted my NAND_DEC and deleted the public.sav and flashed the NAND back, but i think it was the decrypted NAND and i got the "0000FEFE" Error every time i start my DSi XL.
I flashed back the original NAND, but it doesnt help.
I can write and read the NAND, the dump is also working with nogba, but not with my DSi
DSiBrew: Boot sector integrity error (Sector 0x200 not valid), or error in NVRAM contents.
What can i do?
Is my DSi completely bricked?

i know that, but how can i fix that error
I flashed a clean NAND Backup , but it doesnt help.

I dont think so, because i can write and read nand.
When i dump the NAND nogba boot it normally, but the DSi show me the error

FYI no$GBA doesn't do RSA checks of the stage1 bootloader so if there's a minor issue with it, it will still boot that nand dump where as on hardware that dump would result in a brick.

It doesnt help to reflash the same first NAND dump.
Is there a way to reanimate my DSi, or is it unrepairable?
I will desolder all solder points at the weekend, or should i throw the DSi away?

If all options don't work you can just do a motherboard swap (you could probably get a dsi with a working motherboard but has other stuff broken for a low price)

Wait...You flashed a decrypted nand dump to your DSi? You have to reencrypt it before putting it back on hardware. You will need a nand mod to fix that brick if that is the case.

I unintentionally flashed the decrypted NAND, then i got the error.
After that i flashed the clean original encrypted NAND back, but i doesnt help.
