The problem is that the other console isn't in the DS Download Play menu.
Also, TWiLight (or nds-bootstrap) isn't an emulator.

download the bios name it bios.bin put it in to the root of your SD thats it

The Content belongs as it says please:
From the Folder "DSi - CFW users" inside the Folder "SDNANDROOT" copy the Folders "hiya" and "title" on your SD Cards Root please.
From the Folder "DSi&3DS - SD card users" the Folder "_nds" and the Files "dummy" and "BOOT.NDS" on your SD Cards Root too.

Is DSi enhanced mode finally supported? If so do you need the CycloDS iEvolution to play DSi enhanced NDS ROMs in DSi enhanced mode, or can I just use nds-bootstrap or another flashcart to load from Twilight menu? The Github release page says that iEvo support was added, and in a later release it said “Twilight Menu will now search for DSi binaries in NDS ROMs and execute them...” or something like that. I’m not really sure.
In TWiLight Menu++, if it doesn't find the DSi arm9i/7i binaries in the ROM, then the ROM won't launch in DSi mode. If they are found in the ROM, then it'll proceed to having nds-bootstrap boot it, but since DSi mode support isn't added yet, it'll not work.

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
