Does anyone know if this patch (or any other) will work with the no$gba emulator?

It reminds me of the Tales of destiny, the first one in playstation. The style of fighting in encountering enemies are identical, because its a namcobandai right? Im a big fan of keroro gunso so I think language is not a problem for me even though I cant read japanese, and also I played a lot of japanese games and based in my experience in playing rpg's, well its like a commonsense, like for example the menus, placing some abilities and items. And also I played a bunch of the tales of~ series, the hard part in playing jrpg's is that when there's a certain thing that is requested by a character or finding someone, you go through random places. Anyways as far as it goes Im having a blast, Im in the west part of the map below the ice region. ~But I hope someone will make an english patch, that'll be great!
