Does region even mean anything for a DS game? Like, if you didn't know a game's title or anything, could you examine the file and see a byte that tells you what region it is, like with region-locked games, but not doing anything?

Is this already out in any other regions?

    I love Shin Chan.

Japanese and Spanish. Each came out roughly a year apart. I wouldn't hold my breath for an English release, though.

I think GBA and DS could detect game regions, but it was virtually never used. Except that Chinese games for DS don't work on other models.
