Yep it is a reference for Kitsune Udon . Since you aren't supposed to write kitsune as ? in this situation ( it isn't fox meat) but instead you need write it down as ???or ??

Anyway its about common mistakes native Japanese speaker make (mostly in kanji from what I've gathered ).

Yep you must have extensive knowledge in japanese to use it but its a good study martial for advanced students .

Its mostly deal with kanji and irregularities that make native speaker make mistakes

( see my former post in this thread for a great example
