I Am trying to decide what system to get it for... I prefer the xbox 360 but if I get it for ps3 I can play with my friend but I do like the idea of a portable version to play anywhere I know it's a matter of choice but I would like to get your opinions

Go with portability, there's nothing quite like the convenience of not being tied down to a console.

By dub only, do you mean only English or Japanese dub only? If so, DBZ is the only anime where I like English dub more than Japanese dub
