Depends on the game's size. I get a transfer at 600-700 kb/s. I believe Wind Waker HD took me a little less than an hour and that's only 1.7 GB.

You need to launch the game to start the dumping process, so no you can't.
Launching the game grants folder access permission, the dumper can't access them without the console launching the game.

Is it normal for DDD to get stuck at dt00 when dumping SSB4?

So I dumped my Black Ops 2 disc, and I feel like the meta folder doesn't have all the content in it, and when I try to dump only the meta folder I get this:

Am I doing something wrong?

Some people are trying to get smash explorer to work for the 3ds but other than that... I'm not sure
