Yea. We'll have to do that later.
Question: Anyone got an idea on this?
ひきつぎ
ブストからひきつぎ
(see attached)
I THINK it's Take Over or Assume. But it's probably related to the Data Import.

Yup. It's data import. It's literally saying "Inherit Danball Senki" which in this case is "Data Import/carry over". Since Danball Senki Boost is an extension of Danball Senki, I'm assuming it's asking if we want to carry over data from Danball Senki to Danball Senki Boost.

yeah i was thinking the same about convert it in the credits just that i wanted to know first what it says maybe i will add the english logo of the game and put "translated by"

good job with the image Maxtram looking good
but Mantain?
Mantain = Maintain
whoops it just got me by surprise for some reason i didnt remember to put the "i"

If you do put a Credits Screen, leave that MeTaMo in there. I love those guys.

EDIT: Also Max, here's the translated file list you requested for the Ready Folder and the Title folder.

Ready

U_TI_Menu13/14 = Episode 0

EDIT: Also Max's finished Main Menu screen! Looks great!
Sadly I have yet to figure out why when we re-pack the MainMenu.PAC it breaks the meters for the Maintenance and EXP. OK figured it out. Just gotta NOT convert the GIM files for the gauges. I'll have pics of it working here in a bit.
Newest working version! With full menus and working Gauges!

WoW:O it looks amazing i feel great that i was the one that make it :shy:

thanks for the translations on the ready and title maybe on sunday i will upload this ones

Yup! Now I've got to do a bit more digging around to find the Shop text and a few other screens.
We've still got QUITE a ways to go but we're really starting to make progress!

Here's RPGITEMEXPLAIN_JP.BTX. I'm working on WeaponExplain next. Oh and record 55 note : 五目 is an abbreviation for a mixture of meat, fish and vegetables mixed in with a starch, in this case rice(ごはん). I don't know what the English equivalent of 五目 off the top of my head so the description is a tad long and awkward. Might need tweaking, record 55.

Sweet. Thanks again Frank.

Many of the "Explain" files need tweaked for length as the Japanese characters take up less space, so this will be no different.
Tweaking of course will occur at a later date when I've confirmed that it all works at least.

Cool. Looking at the screens I'm pretty psyched about about the eventual patch. Gets me more pumped up to finish WeaponExplain. Gotta keep the motivation levels up :)

OK. Found a new chunk of info. The Message.Pac in the 00_Data folder (Above the MessageData folder) contains quite a few BTX files. Luckily these seem to be similar or re-used names/data. So that'll make it easy enough to translate.

Uploaded it to PasteBin in case anyone else wanted to take a crack at it though.

Ok done with the title menu except for 3 words that idk what they mean but everything is ok and im uploading the main menu again with the maintain fixed

I hope they work well because im a little worried about the title menu but maybe its just nothing going for the ready for Sunday

The Title Menu looks great! It really makes things more friendly to new users already.
However, only a few issues arose.
1. Episode 0 doesn't move like the other choices do. It's static.
2. The gradient on the NEXT button is broken. It doesn't come out quite right. Try using Encode GIM A if you're not already.
3. The 2nd image for the Main Menu folder still says Mantain instead of Maintain.
Those things aside, it looks great! Can't wait to see more!

i see the errors but idk how to fix then its seems there something wrong when reverting the pngs files to the GIM and found some other errors on the gim files.

i think that we should put the buttons translations untill i get the other images to work

and for the maintain its pretty weird because rigth here i have that word with the "i"

can't wait to play this game, thanks for the hard-work you guys are putting into this.., this is a holy-moly great RPG game...

Wasn't 100% sure on that either. I'll play around with the conversions later.
I'm OK with waiting on those since they're not a big deal.
As far as maintain, it's because there's 2 files for the menu, the selected and non selected version. Your selected version has it misspelled still. I can fix it myself later though if you want.

dont worry about the maintain they are pretty easy to change im going to upload the ready menu soon too

EDIT: from what i see the convertion cant handle the gradients

So hey. Realized there was text in the GScene folder. Oh boy. Dis gonna be a LOT longer than I expected. For now I've uploaded the LBXSET_EXPLAIN_JP.BTX to pastebin since it's a bit hard for me to translate.

Also here ALL the Data from the CCM. Addresses, E-Mails, Reports, all that shit. It just needs translated.

Great :). I'm still doing WeaponExplain and it's going slowly. Oh, I wanted to ask yesterday but I was away from the PC for the whole day yesterday. When doing WeaponExplain, everytime the description starts with 'As the name suggests/implies...' I check the name to make sure that it syncs with the description. Well on this one, the name of the sword that you gave is the Wareiwa Blade.

Checking the untouched menumessage.pac file that I have, the name is pronounced Haganjin (the furigana that's given) and the kanji means break-boulder-blade. So I'm thinking, to make it match with the description how about we change the name as Boulder Breaker or something along that line? Is that okay? Then the description would be, 'As the name suggests, the sword's destructive power can pulverise granite boulders in one strike.'

EDIT:@crashmanx: Also, 棍 means staff, club or stick. Can you check if record 32's weapon is a staff or a club? Your translation has it as staff but it could also mean club. I doubt it would mean stick lol :) Right now I'm using staff, since that's what you have it as.

Sure. I can update the names. Like I said, if you come across one that seems odd or wrong, lemme know and I'll change it right away.

Also, yea. Found out that meant Staff a while ago. Record 32 is in fact the Steel Staff.
