Gaming custom robo arena: WTF

i recently switched over to the US version from europe verision. us is only 64 mb, while europe is like 138 mb. WTF, is there stuff missing from the us version?

Is everyone in the entire game world (apart from one guy who happens to be a criminal) still white in the European version? Maybe more ethnicities take up more space

languages wouldn't take up that much space.
however if the US rom is like 63,9MB trimmed, then they'd have no choice but to use 128 for extra languages.
even if it would end up only 70MB, you just can't fit 70MB on a 64MB storage device.
